replacement for sp20
looking for a replacement gun for my sport pistol hammerli sp20...not sure which one is the best...i heard walther ssp bring a lot of problem...is there any better gun from hammerli..???
I've replaced mine with a Matchguns MG-2. So far it's the best gun I've ever shot, but I'm just a mid-range shooter. In comparison to the SP-20, the grip angle is very similar, weight seems slightly heavier (at the muzzle, which is good), grip is much better (Morini is really good at those), trigger is much better, sights not quite as good in flexibility (I do like the adjustable triangular front sight on the SP-20) but as good every other way. It was also less expensive than the SP-20 and I am certainly hoping more durable.
Replacing
I'm surprised other Pardini users haven't chimed in yet.
The SP New is worth trying to see if it suits you. Had mine two years(bought used), and had one firing pin replaced, my fault. No other problems. A snap to take apart , clean and put back together.
