TRiggers For Steyr LP1

I have a Steyr LP1. I bought the Steyr accessory trigger from our host. It seemed a bit too wide for me (short fingers) and I returned to the stock trigger blade. Does anyone else make a trigger for the LP1? I know a few weeks ago someone showed a trigger and the face of it looked well, checkered. I will search the posts as I do not recall what pistol it fit.

It fits on LP50 and LP10 => so it should also fit on an LP1:

No, the LP50 isn't mine but the LP10 is mine.

The motivation to change the trigger blade was first that I didn't like the latest Steyr trigger blade (the broad silver one).

I had another LP10 of the first production before this one that was equipped with the first type of trigger blade (a smaller black one) that I prefered.

So I had the choice between the old style LP10 trigger and the Tec-hro. I choose the Tec-hro since I have long hands and it allows more adjustments for that case.

I am happy with the result, I could indeed adjust it to my needs and the feeling is very nice, it also allow a very accurate, reproducible finger positioning on the trigger blade.

I did not like the new, broad Steyr trigger as well. This Tec Ro looks very interesting BUT do you think that it will work for someone with SHORT fingers?

I just bought one and yes it works with long or short fingers just depends which way you put it on. I'm up in Canada and they were great to deal with ordered it paid by pay pal and it was delivered in a week. Couldn't ask for more. It works great, feels great and looks pretty funky too.

Which pistol did you hang it on, the LP-10 or the LP-5?

Got it just before leaving for the Nationals so I haven't really played with it. It will be going on my LP10 when I get back. Too bad you couldn't make it to the Nationals.

I thought that the idead of slipping O Rings on the shoe to assist in finger placement is a unique and inexpensive fix. I bought some at Home Depot for my Morini 84E put they will not stay in place on such a smooth shoe.

Yes, indeed, that's the aim. But it is not the only benefit of the Tec-hro trigger blad: it has also more adjustements including a lateral one, it is flat instead of curved and narrower than the current Steyr LP10 trigger blade.

They hold very well in place on the Tec-hro that has a not smooth surface. Its actually not smooth at all, its even a little agressive. That's not a problem on a 500g trigger but it might be on an heavier trigger like you can have on the LP50.
