Maybe you have David but I haven't and in coaching terms 'below the 6-ring' is a term easily understood by those being coached. As I say 6-O'clock is a line not point in space. If people want to use the 6 O'clock terminolgy then that's fine with them, but as the above illustrates that makes it complcated for beginners to fathom out what's being talked about.
