Hi Shooters, when measuring AP pellet velocity, at what distance in front of the muzzle do you measure? Morini say's the velocity should be 500 f/s so where would I place the window? As close as possible to the muzzle?
Does 15 or 20 f/s mean much as far as accuracy?

And for "tearing" of holes in paper targets, 20 feet/sec could make some difference.
