Info on maintnace and spare parts for avanti xs40

I just purchased one as a starter rifle for my 11 year old. Does anyone have any advice on this gun on up keep and finding replacement seals for the cylinder if I am in need. I understand that they are no longer availiable new. I do notice that they are very simular to the Air arms rifles. will any of there parts like cylinders interchange?

This rifle was made by Air Arms for Daisy/Avanti. We were and are the warranty and repair station for these.

Thanks for the update. The gun shoots fine just looking for a source of information. Does any of the air arms other guns parts interchange? I mean like cylinders. What about the Gamo site. were do I find interchangable front sight inserts?
