opinion and suggestion
would like to know that if we are just 2 weeks from a big match...shud i focus more on my drills or physical fitness or mental fitness??
I would suggest it should be more mental training and any shooting should be purely 'match training'. It's too late for either drills or physical training to do much, and the risk is that you could set yourself back rather than further forwards. I also stop shooting completely 3-5 days before a big comp but I know some people think differently.
