Walther have nor issued an URGENT SAFETY WARNING for air pistol cylinders manufactured between June 2000 and June 2001.
Affected cylinders (see the linked page) should be depressurised and not used again.
How nice of them to offer to sell you a replacement (at a reduced price). Nice to see a manufacturer standing by his product.

Do they really think that customers would pay to replace the cylinders due to a manufacturing problem ? I have never been very confident in Walther customer support.
