Is this a do-ityourself job or does it require special tools? I have several seals that came with the gun, but I can't find any documentation on replacing them. It looks like you should be able to replace the seal without disassembling the cylinder, but maybe not. One of my cylinders leaks badly around this seal.
Does anyone know?

I have 7 K60's for my junior team. If you are talking about the white O-ring that is at the top of the threads you do not have to disassemble the cylinder. I have replaced 5 of these. The first one took about an hour to figure out and now I can do it in less than 3 minutes. It is easier to show you than tell you but, I will exlain best I can.
1. Take the O-ring out by either using a dental pick or sharp strong thin blade pocket knife. Just scoop it out, be careful not to scrape any of the inside of the cylinder or threads. This is relatively easy.
2. Put in the new O-ring. Very challening at first! Once you do one it is very easy to do. I use a wood dowel about 1/4 inch thick to push it in. I 'squish' the new O-ring in half and bend it at about a 45 degree angle to start it in the slot. Once I get it started in the slot I take the wood dowell and push it the rest of the way into the slot, being careful to keep the O-ring going into the slot. Work quickly pushing it in as I found if I go slow the O-ring tends to slip out of the slot.
This is all it takes. Just 2 basic steps. As I said , it may take you a while to figure it out the first time but, will be a lot easier if you need to do it again. Hope this helps and let me know if I can clarify anything for you
