If you're just starting out, I wouldn't waste my time testing ammo in it, just buy quality pellets Vogels, RWS, H&N, JSB's and shoot them. When you get very good then I'd worry about ammo testing.

I'd agree with Richard. You might want to pick the same size ammo (i.e. between 4.48 - 4.52mm) that Steyr used with their test card you get with the gun and the same brand - companies normally use the best brand for their guns. But it will make very little difference.
