Base for MG2

Post by Ernie Rodriguez »

I imagine a kit with base/screws would be popular for those wanting to bench rest pistol to find most accurate target ammo. I know I would be interested.Erod

Fabricating more bases

I might as well ask - are you planning or willing to fabricate more bases for the MG2? I suspect there is a small following of shooters who would be willing to invest in such a piece.

The base I built for PRFCT was a fit and try process using materials I had on hand. Didn't charge him much because we've got a long history of shooting on the same bullseye pistol team.
I could be talked into making more bases. Would have to make a few jigs and fixtures so I could "mass produce" a run. I figure could supply a base- appropriately milled and drilled , 2 M4-.7 screws and an appropriate allen wrench for around $50 shipped.

If anyone has an interest at this price go to my web-site users.adelphia.net/~jbarta and leave an e-mail for me indicating your interest with some contact information.

It sure would be handy if I could get a shop drawing of the cover from MatchGun. Anyone have any ideas where I could get one???
