I am sorry to pass on this message, but John Gillman, Australian duel Olympian, passed away last night.

He was a great friend and Club mate. He was on various committees over the years, and had been a manager, and coach at National, and State level.

His daughter Christy, is a well known International shooter too. She has visited various venues with her father in recent years.

He will be sadly missed.

Sadly,
Alex L. and Liz L.

Sorry to hear the news. I still remember John tucking me under his wing and making sure I got on the right range etc when I entered my first open at Yarra.
His help in coaching Gary Brosche, a member of my club, who was Australia's only entrant in the Deaf Olympics is also well remembered.
