wanted to know the importance of shoulder strenght and ability of he arm to rotate internally in airrifle standing shooting. since th emovement to aim is external...
please give yr views.

To my understanding the less strength involved the better.
To be calmed and relaxed is a lot better.
In general you want to be in good shape, I try to work out with light weights at least 3 times a week, and you also want to do some running or something I like to jumprope (thanks right I said jumprope) I can do it in my basement any time, I do that about 3 times a week as well.
