Did some one turn the lights out?

Post by JulianY »

TT just changed color and I cant get the old blue and white back. Everything is black white and yellow? I tried personal settings the change the skin but no effect! Is this deliberate ?

Scott,
I think you mean that Sandy passed away.
Any details?

I met him at the Prado Range where I shot with them a couple times. He was a really nice guy. He will be missed.

I am shocked to hear of Sandy's death. I happen to like this change, it doesn't jump out of the screen blinding you---very soothing on the eyes and the mind.

That is very sad news.
My thoughts go out to his family and friends.

Its always sad to hear of the death of one of our folk - especially when we are getting rather old.... However, I kind of like the new layout and color scheme. Guess I'm in the minority again....

I think it can be made a permanent option available in on the "Profile Page"

I am getting tired of the guest account, I vote we get rid of it and bring an end to anonymous posting & inappropriate remarks.

It also bring confusion in the middle of threads when "guest" says it's me.... really. I know we have all been there and done it, done it but...

If you are having difficulties reading the board and happen to be on a mac, you can use ctrl-opt-command-8 to invert the computer display.

Thanks Walter. The biggest problem with this background is you loose the curser. But the inversion helps.

Any idea when we get the old scheme or something similiar again?

With all due respect to Sandy Santibanez, his family, his friends, and what all shooters owe him due to his efforts on their behalf.
I use a six, or sub six hold. I find reading this on black backgound a tad disconcerting. :)
