How high is the bull for 10m rifle?

I forgot how high the center of the bull is on 10m rifle. I'm getting ready to set up a home range.

According to the 2005 USAS General Technical Rules, section 6.3.9, the center of the target should be 1.40m +/- .05m from the level of the floor at the firing point.
