Cleveland, OH Area Shooters?

I'm new to this forum. I'd like to get an decent entry level target air rifle for 10M shooting. I used to shoot small bore rifle in college, way too many years ago, but that range is closed. I'd like to find some people to shoot with in my area. I checked the NSSA website and see one range in my area. Are there any shooters from the Cleveland area who'd like to help me get started?

I can shoot 9M in my basement. There is a gun shop close by where I shoot archery that has some RWS and Diana breakbarrel guns. Are any of those models decent to start with?

Any info anyone can post will be much appreciated.
