Has anyone experianced cracking in the slide of an AW93?

Not mine, but I have heard of an AW93 slide cracking when the owner (foolishly) used high velocity ammunition.

No, have not heard of any serious mishaps about the AW 93.
Thought it was kind of foolproof (well, not against high-velocity fools, apparently).
Too large a gripframe, is the drawback of the AW 93.
And its recoil-dampening device which makes recovery kind of slow for the 10 sek Standard P strings.
