Samarms SAM22

Has anyone heard of the Samarms SAM22?
It is listed on the Canada SP database, looks like a FAS or SSP

I asked last year SAM about their SAM22 standard pistol and they answer me that this model will never be produced. It has also disappeared from their web site.
