Tau 7 Trigger adjustments for "light & smooth"

Hi there!
Looking to get the trigger on my Tau 7 to be "light" and "smooth".
The instructions are not really helpful. I read Todd Coopers review etc. and e-mailed him but he didn't work on his trigger to the same end.
Any help is appreciated.
