I've never seen one of these but I've found one for sale. How do they differ from and 1813 or an 1807? Are they the 54 action? Thanks.

Tell me about an Anschutz 1613

Sandy pretty much hit it.
There are some variations in the 16xx series bolts as Anschutz moved from the 14xx to the 18xx.
The 16xx are on a 54 action and will fit into the newer 18xx and 19xx stocks.
A 1613 will be pretty close to the 1813, will probably have the older, less adjustable but plate on them. And a 1607 will be like the 1807.
They are very good rifles still. My daughter shoots a modified 1607 barreled action in a 1613 stock.
According to my Anschutz manual the 16xx series of guns was made from 1974 to 1979.

The early production models had a slot in the underside of the bolt, supposedly to equalise air pressure when the firing pin was released in order to improve lock time.
Alas this let in fouling and was dropped.
Also early 16xx rifles will have the older bedding bolts, with slot-heads rather than the 4mm allen-key heads and stacked bellville washers.
