USAS Nationals!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am surprised that no one has made mention, but USAS is apparently listenng and reacting positiviely to the fancy. They schedule for the 2006 Nationals is posted already and it is a compressed schedule.

This satisfies many of the negative issues we have complained to USAS about limiting the attendance at the National Champoinships. We all have plenty of time to plan to attend, and only one week of vacation is needed to shoot all of pistol and rifle events.

Also noted that the schedule for the Spring Selection match is posted. It is the typical longer schedule which should work well for those "on the bubble" to make the team and compete internationally.

My hat is off to USAS!

That is good news. It's very similar to what Doc proposed.

It's not clear how the World Championship team selection will be done for CF Pistol and Standard Pistol. Perhaps that will be in the second selection match?
