Can somebody tell me if it is admitted to use a "Lycra Dive Skin" of 2,5 mm like underwear?

I don't see why not. Seems you are under the thickness limit. As long as you wear only one layer of undergarments, you are good to go.

Well I don't think so. Any underclothing that restricts movement and helps to increase stabilty is not allowed. So all rubber clothing or tight fitting underclothes are out even if they are less than 2.5 mm.Please refer to ISSF site for general rules.
