Kurt Thune Sling

I reccently bought a Kurt Thune Sling UIT II. The only problem is that one of the front buckle does not hold when I get into the prone position.
Has anyone ever had this problem before.

The only thing i can think is that the buckle has been attached the wrong way round............Adrian
