If I want to ship my Anschutz 2002 gas cylinder does it have to be empty?

If so, how do I empty it?

Have you tried looking for the answer in the website of the shipper you intend to use?

No mater how you ship it, it has to be empty. You need a relief valve (Anschutz) makes and sells them, as do all the distributors (Call Scott Pilkington) to let the pressure out. I'd also insure it for the new price... $200.00 with the current value of the euro.
