Newbie..... booking in to say hello!

Hi All,

Just found this forum, and it seems like a great place to hang out in!

I am from northern England, the area known as the 'Lake District' I enjoy 10m target air pistol, and Field Trials air rifle.

I shoot regularly, 3 - 4 times weekly on indoor ranges.

I own four target pistols...

FWB p34
Morini CM 162EI
FAS AP 609
.....and in a few days, when it is delivered, a Steyr LP10.

Also interested in collecting folding knives!!

This is a pain!! Registered in name of savantuk, with password, and got an email from admin accepting them... now when I try to post a mail with my username, it say 'Sorry, username already in use by another'???

Any ideas?

Welcome Savantuk! Looks like you have a nice collection of air pistols. Which one is your favorite thus far? I suspect your choice may change when the LP10 arrives!

Hi Lee,

They all have something to recommend them, and are all phenomenally accurate.

At the moment, to put them in order of preference, it would be:

FWB P34
Morini CM
FAS AP 604.

I would only score the FWB first, because of it's ergonomics... if I could have the FWB grips on the Morini, what a gun that would be.

The FAS comes third because it quite simply isn't as good as the other two. Don't ask me why, it's hard to quantify. The quality and accuracy are the equal of the others, the grip is comfortable. It's easy to load, and very easy to get on target, but for some reason, I don't shoot it much.

I await the Steyr, with my mouth watering!!

Doug:

You have very good pistols, congratulations, I have an old CO2 FWB and I am thinking in a new one, I am between FWB and Steyr.

If you like the p34 first, wy you dont buy the FWB p40?

Plese put your score and how many time you are shooting.

Thank you,

Nano
