"Light" small bore rifles
Are there any small bore rifles, for adults that come in at under 8.5 lbs with sights?
81/2lb? Do you mean target small-bores?
If so there won't be many. The Anschutz 1451 might make it, although the stocks will be on the small side. An old 1403 is about 8-9lb, although again the stocks were made for smaller folk.
If you want to pay the money you could bring a 1903 down to 9lb-ish if you fitted a fluted barrel
Why do you ask? Do you need the (very) light weigth due to injury?

Two reasons:
Thinking of rifles for taller yet still petty skinny kids.
NRA light rifle has a max weight limit of 8.5 lbs with sights.
