They must be, the same way as they started again with the new targets in '89.

Minor tinkering with an event is fine but a major change to targets or gun/ammunition combinations must reset the scoreboard.

Have I missed a recent rule change for finals? Or are you refering to an old final procedure? Wasnt it 30 shots? Semifinals and finals?

8.14.6.3.2 four (4) competition series of five (5) shots each in the Rapid Fire Stage
