Does anybody have an idea as to weather a non-resident/national can participate in the european championships in 2005? what are the qualifing scores and how does one send entries independent or through national associations?

Check out the site for the European Shooting Fed. at www.esc-shooting.org/ and see what they have to say. They may have the match listed, but in any case, you could email them for some ideas on attending, etc. Good luck.

In common with all ISSF Continental Championships, entry is only open to selected teams from Member Federations of the Continental Confederations.

In other words, national teams from European countries only.
