A shooter on my team recieved her new Feinwerkbau P70 with an aluminum stock.
In the manual it states that there is a short block(for the rail) to allow for 3P shooting. Does this come with the rifle? She only recieved the long block for standing.
Also, the rail that these blocks slide onto is much larger than that of a typical air rifle, making it nearly impossible to tighten a handstop, it seems as though the metal insert that is the accesory rail is missing. Currently there are no marking, just a plain larger than normal rail that is built into the stock.
Summary:
1) Does short block for 3p come with rifle?
2) Is the rifle missing the proper accesory rail on the bottom?
Thanks!

p70
no and no. you have to buy the shorter forend seperately, however if she has decent positions with the longer one...it is possible to shoot with that. for the handstop try attaching a piece of wood to the part that would normally go on the rail.
The p70 is a pretty good rifle...the two theings you addressed are two design flaws that FWB needs to deal with
