Need help coaching RF shooter

Hi, I have been asked by a new junior shooter who is interested in learning Int'l RF to coach him. While I have worked with some of the jr. air pistol shooters I do not know where to start with the RF discipline.

Can someone help by posting drills, exercises, practice routines, etc. for someone who is new to RF and want to perhaps take it up to an elite level. Thanks.
