I use the LP5 but I would personally choose the LP50 if I had the money to spare. The vast majority of people seem to choose the Steyr 5 shot air pistols over anything else - which o me says quite a lot. The LP50 is very similar to the LP10, which is a proven design and favoured by many of the elite shooters.
I don't know the details of the Aeron gun but I would imagine if you bought one and wanted to get a better gun, the next step would probably be the Steyr. From that perspective it would seem to make sense to get the Steyr, at least in my mind. However, as with all guns you really need to try them both before you decide.
