which front sight uses 15.8 mm inserts?

Does anybody know which front sight uses inserts 15.8 mm diameter?

I have one "stepped" plastic insert with OD 15.8 and "step" is 14.1 mm.

Is this possibly an older Walther? (It was in an old Walther plastic box...)

It's a very nice smoke colored insert that does not fit my Anschutz 18mm sight.

Walther used a nominally 16mm foresight for many years. I think FWB did too until the early '90s.
