Pellet storage boxes

Post by robjob »

I coach a lot of little kids and have been looking for solutions for pellet storage for years. Here's the latest prototype for storing a full tin of pellets and having them easily accessible to shooters. picts attached and some youtube links below so you can see how they work.
Available in for sale section

Looks great! But for me 100 pellets are sufficient per session, I'm using one of the 'match boxes' that I refill from a regular tin at home.

What advantage does it have if you store the 500 pellets in these trays vs. in their tins?
(No offence, just curious.)

Do you have to put each pellet in its hole, or is it "automatic" like the match trays?

I've been using an H&N Finale Match Box for the past twelve years. You can load pellets individually or use it as a shaker box to fill it with 100 pellets. I've seen similar boxes for sale on several sites.

I don't have a bunch of half filled tins laying arround for kids to spill. But still have a fresh tray of pellets during training when one runs out
