Both include the LP500 action and barrel.
Some Expert features include: ported barrel, sleeve with integral weight "rail" + 1 weight, rear sight adjustments for width and depth as well as cant rotation, second cylinder, etc.

What’s the difference in Expert and Fine Craftsmanship? Anyone knows it?

i would probably just go for expert. that's enough for me. and with the carbon cylinder it's slightly lighter than craftsmanship i reckon.
