Walther LGM-2 cocking lever and scope mounting

Post by moonlightrun »

I have a friend who recently purchased and LGM-2 and he is going to be disappointed when he learns that he can't mount his scope on the rifle because the cocking lever will not work with a scope mounted. Someone recommend turning the scope with the windage adjustment facing up, but that won't work either if your scope has a parallax adjustment knob on the left.

Can you please give me information on someone who makes a special cocking lever that has solved this problem?

Thanks,

Bob

Unfortunately I think this has probably never been on a commercial scale. From the pictures making a new lever that is shorter or modifying the current one might be your only options. Look at the parts diagrams and see if the LG300 dominator lever can fit, it is shorter, but good luck finding one if it does

I got what I needed from Walther. Part number 2610230.

I would cancel this request but haven't figured out how to delete it.
