Making scuba tank work with FWB air rifle

I need help on knowing what items I need to make a scuba tank from a dive shop compatible with my FWB air rifle cylinder (male din 200 bar 5 thread to the scuba tank). I have a match on Saturday and need to train with my new air rifle before then.

We may need more information, such as the type/pressure of the scuba tank, but here's my guess:
If you are in the US, I assume your scuba tank has what is know as a "K valve":

You will need an adapter to convert from the K valve to your DIN valve. Generally something like this:

It really depends on which fitting is on the dive tank, now.

If it is a DIN fitting you might be able connect the FWB fill adapter direct. It will be hard to get your FWB cylinder off the tank once pressurized, without a bleed valve though. I would not recommend that method, as it will cause premature wear to your FWB aluminum cylinder threads. You really need a bleed valve.

If it is a yoke fitting, you will need a yoke adapter with a bleed valve.

You can see both types of assemblies on the following page, and in the pictures below. (I believe the assemblies shown include a bleed valve (be sure to ask)).

If you buy either of those hose assemblies you will still need a DIN adapter; and a 1/8 BSP to QD adapter for that.

You should call airtanksforsale tomorrow, and explain your needs. I doubt there is another company that could get these items to you faster, in the US.

If you have the time to wait for shipping from the UK (about a week) I would recommend looking at BEST Fittings UK for the same stuff, only better (in my opinion). (Perhaps get a friend to fill one cylinder, now?)

Feinwerkbau sends the tank adapter with the gun. I screw the tank adapter into the scuba bottle. I have never had a single issue with the tanks coming off. I just place a dab of grease on the adapter threads every now and again. When you fill the tank, crack the valve and let the tanks equalize and you're done. No muss no fuss. I don't know why people here overcomplicate it, but there you go. I have both an 800x and a P44 and neither is difficult to refill.

Some adapters have a pressure relief valve, some do not.

There is less pressure (after a fill) with a direct connection between the tank, and adapter, then there is with a fill hose. (Using a fill hose one almost always needs a relief valve, as it can become impossible to remove cylinders without it, in certain circumstances.)

The hose assemblies that include a pressure gauge, relief valve, and QD adapter are very convenient, though. Especially when filling multiple different types of airguns, including those with cylinders that do not include manometers; which is our case. Having the QD on each adapter makes for a simple switch, and things are less complicated.
