I have a new rifle with a 2-stage Bix'n Andy Remington 700 Competition trigger and I'm struggling with the second stage adjustment. No matter what I do, there's no resistance for the second stage -- it just pulls straight through. I'm trying to set it up to match the Anschutz 2-stage trigger on my 1907.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I have the light springs installed right now and I'm wondering if I need to replace one or more with the medium/heavy versions. Thanks!

Call bullet central in Fargo ND, they know these triggers. I have several of them, they aren't hard to setup.
Set the seat first, then first and second stages. sear may need another tweak after you get that setup but should be good to go.

That's exactly what I did -- followed the instructions, that is -- but the trigger is still less than impressive.
I'll see if I can connect with them -- thanks.
