A great man I met a few years ago, wish I had met him sooner.

Although I never met the man I enjoyed reading his columns in the different magazines and online. Truly a sad day, Rest In Peace, Hap.

There are plenty of writers around to tell us about the newest flashiest fad. Mr. Rocketto told us about our roots. He showed us why we were called a nation of riflemen! We are a little closer to losing that monicker with “Hap” passing.

That's very sad to hear. A few years ago Hap kindly sent me a few articles (long out of print, and unobtainable over here). I too have enjoyed reading his words.
