Has anyone used the Mantis X10 Shooting Performance System for air rifles or small bore rifles? I’m trying to look at somewhat affordable options and would like to see if anyone has experience with this system and any feedback.
Thank you in advance!

Re: Mantis X10 Shooting Performance System
Use a Scatt instead of a mantis for bullseye.
Mantis is not bad, and gives you useful data, but scatt is quite a bit better. Certainly for air rifle, there's no point in spending $250 for a mantis x10 over a ~$100 mantis X2.
But really, use a scatt instead of a mantis.

Re: Mantis X10 Shooting Performance System
A new alternative to the Mantis X is the HoldMaster Shooters Training System. It was designed by an experienced smallbore shooter who also dabbled in Air Rifle and Air Pistol.
Check out www.HoldMasterX.com for details. It's focus is on the shooter's hold quality, timing, rhythm, cant, breathing, etc. and is meant to be a low cost aid for intermediate to senior shooters. It is definitely not designed to replace a SCATT as it does not 'see' the target.
Cheers.
