The trigger first pressure is about 200g and the trigger second is about500g.And the another question is that I don't know what does the trigger second effect.I usually let the trigger second heavier than trigger first is this ok ?

Do you mean 200g+500g=700g

Or

200g+300g=500g?

And regarding the adjustment that you can’t do:
Is it a manual you are looking for to learn which screw that adjusts the different parts of the trigger?

The 162ei has adjustment for trigger forward travel (1)
Trigger first stage weight, spring on left side connected to trigger. (2)
Trigger point or second stage weight. Spring on right side connected to trigger switch bar.
Do not set below min 50g or trigger switch will not re-set. (3)
Trigger position fwd or aft on trigger bar. (4)
You cannot adjust second stage travel as it is set for trigger switch let off. Screw 162083 (top of trigger assy.)
Depending on personal feel set 300-400g on first stage, and 100g-200g on second stage.
Total trigger of 500g (better 520g to pass test).
