Great Source for O-rings
I thought I could buy o-rings cheap before, but just realized the WW Grainger will sell to anyone with a credit card. I just placed an order for pickup locally. It was for 25 O-rings and it is costing me 94 cents. I actually feel bad that they have to process my online order for that price.

The source I have used for decades is McMaster Carr: https://www.mcmaster.com/o-rings
They have a bigger selection than Grainger, and although you have to pay for shipping & wait for delivery, they ship quickly. I generally have no trouble finding other goodies I can use to amortize the shipping costs. The quality is always good, and their prices are general quite fair.
They have an absolutely huge selection of stuff. I've always suspected that McMaster was the model for the ACME company the coyote always used when trying to catch the roadrunner...

I normally use McMaster as well, but Grainger was even cheaper the the same items.

I'll add another great source that I came across when trying to replace a particular O-ring that I couldn't find in McMaster Carr:

As the name suggests, they specialize in O-rings (50 million in stock according to website). They have a great online tool to search for exactly what you want (e.g. by size, material, color, hardness). They look like an industrial supplier. But I had no problem placing an order as long as I met the $5 minimum, which was actually difficult to do since the half dozen different NBR/HNBR seals I needed were cheap ($0.03-$0.46 each). The shipping was a little more that. They arrived with a list of lot# and manufacture-date for each type of O-ring.
