That is a shame seems like the owner of the adjacent property has a lot of cleanup work. The range is pretty much at the mercy of the owners and could be tied up for a long time.
I've been to Twin Falls-Jerome area before, and the dairy farmers back then considered big dairy farms 1000 head. Then in the late 80s the corporate farms started with 5-10-25 thousand head milking farms. At that time they couldn't get bigger because they couldn't handle their manure issues, some of the same problems happen here in Iowa's huge beef farms.
