I have an AW93 so I biased, it is excellent.
Even cheap ammo works a treat, last Saturday in one match 4 - 10Xs 1 - 10 in the 10sec series with Federal Classic

They are totally different pistol's, try to shoot each one in a match to see which one work's best for you. Also get the new sp20, not the old model.
My dealer sell's all the popular 22 standard match pistols, in the last 2 wks she has sold 14 sp20's.
So a lot of people think they are the best.

Both pistols are unique. SP20 is aircraft aluminum receiver with graphite composite grips.
AW93 is all steel with walnut grips. SP20 has magazine well forward of the trigger guard. AW93 has magazine well in the grip. Recoil reduction system (RRS) on the SP20 is contained in the muzzle housing. RRS system can be added to older pistols, which I did to my SP20-32. Recoil dampener in AW93 is incorporated into the action. Profile of AW93 is very similar to that of the Hammerli 208, while SP20 is larger. Rear sights on both pistols have similar features. Each pistol has a distinct feel. Both will shoot a .25 inch group from a rest. SP20 can be a 22 or 32, while AW93 is dedicated 22 only. Personally, I want one of each. There may be a difference in price too. No bad decision in my opinion.
