Walther lg400 alutec expert loading Lever

Has anyone removed/replaced LG400 alutec expert loading Lever? Today is the second time within a month that the loading Lever gets loose. To tighten it, the loading lever has to be removed from the socket. The Lever is held in place by a roll pin. Last time, the Lever was so loose that I could get enough space to punch the pin out, but this time it is not that loose. I looked for an instruction but could not find it anywhere. I am sure there must be an easier way. I will appreciate any advice.
