Hello,
I have seen quite a few threads on the legality of the stippling of air rifle grips but not so much on the results of people's work. There is quite a few examples on the pistol side. Does anyone have any examples of stippling they have done on air rifles and feedback? I am looking to stipple my Pardini air rifle grip which is wood.
Thanks!
Lake

Re: Air Rifle Grip Stippling
I’ve done some but don’t have any pictures of it. Those guns are long gone. I have a hand held air hammer that i used. I ground little points onto one of the chisles. I used a pressure regulator starting real low on the pressure. Try it first on test piece of similar wood.
After it was done I stained the stippling and sealed it with watco oil. It came out much like what Anschutz did on their stocks.
