AP20 low velocity

Hello all,
My club at Azores islands bought about in 2017, 3 air pistols hammerli AP20.
One of them devloped the following problem. Low pressure, low speed, the hole on the targget is not well defined.
By placing the hand above the pistol, when shooting, one feels part of the air leaving upwards the pellet loading tray. So I would guess a sealing problem. I think the barrel is fixed to the frame.

Can you help, by pointing a probable guilty?
It seams the manual does not provide an parts diagram. Can you point to such an diagram?

Sounds like the #99 O-ring isn't sealing, (or isn't there...)
