USA Shooting Announces Shotgun “Fun” Nationals and Colorado State Junior Olympic event in Colorado Springs, Colorado September 17-27
Colorado Springs, Colorado
USA Shooting announces four shotgun events as part of “Fun” Nationals including Shotgun Colorado State Junior Olympics that will take place at the International Shooting Park/Ft. Carson.
This event will not serve as the National Championship match and therefore no team positions will be awarded.
The events will include a Colorado State Junior Olympics for trap and skeet as well as two open events including 250 trap and skeet targets over three days each where competitors can win prizes from partners like SKB Cases, Federal Ammunition, Orca Coolers, Shaklee, and many more.
COVID-19 precautions will be put in place and strictly enforced including but not limited to social distancing, only allowing staff in the clubhouse, and frequently cleaning common surfaces.
All USA Shooting competitors must have a current USAS membership before the start of competition. Renew your membership online through Sport:80 in advance.
All athletes and coaches will need to complete a SafeSport Training and background check prior to arriving to the range and athletes can register for the competition on iClays: http://www.iclays.com/index.html
For more information including entry prices and a detailed event schedule, see the attached flyer and view the official program Here
USA Shooting is continuing to sanction state and local events and recommends clubs follow specific guidelines from their individual state’s governor and the CDC.
