Trade Baikal IZH46M lefty grips for righties?

Hello folks,
I recently obtained a used Baikal IZH46M but it has lefty grips and I am right handed.. Would anyone out there like to do a straight trade?
I'm new to shooting so I'm not sure if any other information is needed. I'm also looking for the original plastic case for this pistol if anyone has one to sell.

I have a new set of right hand grips I will sell for $75, that's $10 less than I had to pay for my left hand ones.

I have a right grip that I will trade straight across for a left. Do you stilol have the left one?
