Looking for Receiver scope mount for Anschutz

Champion Shooters appears to be out of business, for moment.............

It also doesn't appear to be made by Anschutz - looking for someone who sells it or who makes it.

My daughter messed up the brass nuts and I either need to find replacement nuts, or buy another one. Either way I need to track one down.
