LP50 - Heavy Trigger

New LP50 owner here. So new it’s not even to me yet.

Is the heavy trigger that’s sold more than just a heavier trigger spring? I’m looking to set one up for bullseye training.

I believe the factory LP50 trigger comes with a 450-1050 gram (15.87-37.03 oz) trigger spring. The pull weight is changed by compressing the spring thru the adjusting screw.

By "heavy" do you mean the 450-1400 gram (15.87-49.38 oz) trigger that Pilk's sells? Not sure but I believe they use 2 springs, one inside the other.

Thank you for the reply. Yes, I’m referring to the heavy trigger sold on Pilk. Wondering if that is a complete trigger or just a set of springs. Ideally, I’d like to have my air gun set at 4lbs to mimic bullseye.

Pretty sure it' a complete trigger assembly for $300 but, at 1400 grams max (49+ ounces), would be good for all but .45 semi auto simulation.

Not sure if they would sell the spring(s) separately. Give Buck at Pilk's a call and ask, especially about a 4# set up. He has always been very helpful with my inquiries.

I had an LP50 at one time, and only and exactly one spring needed to be changed to go from the heavy to the light pull. I changed mine over to practise for CF.

I guess $300 would get you a whole trigger unit, and about $10 would get you the spring (if you don't need to change springs on a daily basis).
