Nick, you own everything! :-)
Please write down a comparison.
Two days ago I shot both Evo E and P8x. I thought that Evo was lighter, indeed the opposite is true for about 30 grams. I also thought that P8x is more front heavy, then after measuring I discovered that the opposite is true!
The Evo gives me the best feeling of balance in my hand. However the adjustability of the grip of P8x is fantastic.
I am struggling ever since I started shooting with the front sight being on the left. However I managed to set the p8x so that it was consistently in the middle for the whole hour I tested it.

How is FWB with initial production quality and does FWB make many updates to their airguns or are they a solid design & product from the start? I'm familiar with the Walther LP400 and some of the revisions made to it. As well as MatchGuns and Pardini making some revisions to their pistols. How does FWB do in comparison.... how did the P44 introduction go?

Where may I read this review?

I have a P44. To the best of my knowlege, they never updated it. I purchased my pistol new with 2 tanks and it has been stone reliable. A small knock on FWB dealers is that small accessories are tough to come by because their existance isnt well publisbed, for instance, they make different width front sights and I cant find any to mess around with..... All said, Im tickled to death with it....

I did, and the "ruig" review was suddenly available again.

@ "spectr": The absorber of the P44 was upgraded about two years after initial release.

P8S rear sight slot depth

Post by northpaw »

The FWB P8X: Is the rear sight slot adjustable for depth? At my P44 it wasn´t. And the slot of the P44 was too shallow for my preference.

Yes, between 1.8mm and 3.2mm according to the manual.

Has the P8X undergone any upgrading since its introduction in ca 2016?
Or is there any rumours of any future upgrade?
Asking, cause I was offered a 2 years old (unused) P8X from dealer.
